Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or email). No cancellations will be accepted after shipment has been made.

Customer will be liable for all shipping costs and return fees thereafter.

Returns are accepted within 5 days upon confirmed date of receipt of delivery and must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA number is valid for 7 business days from date of issue. Any returns sent without a valid RA number provided by Ryu will be sent back to customer at their expense.

There are NO refunds. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Adjusted balance will be applied towards an exchange or merchandise credit only. All returns must be accompanied by a RA number.

Customer will assume return shipping charges.

We do not offer Call Tags.

All returned goods must be in its original condition: unopened, in its pre-packed poly-bag packages with original manufacturer's seal.

Claims for damages/manufacturer's defect must be made within 5 business days of receipt. If an item is damaged, we will gladly replace it upon inspection of the returned good(s). Damaged returns also need to be accompanied by an RA number. Please allow all returns to be processed within a week of receipt. Once a damaged return is received and processed, the item(s) will be replaced or recorded as a merchandise credit. If the goods are sent after date of allowance, the item(s) will be returned back to customer at their expense.

All sale items are FINAL. No exceptions.






COD Policy is as follows:

a. All COD’s must be paid by money order/certified check. NO EXCEPTIONS.
b. If a shipment is refused, the order may be cancelled and can lead to Ryu placing a hold on outstanding/corresponding account(s).
c. All shipments refused or returned back to Ryu under any circumstances will incur additional shipping costs and processing/return fees charged to Ryu by the carrier if shipped out for a second attempt.
d. Ryu assumes no liability once the shipment has been shipped and authorized by the receiver. One courtesy call or email will be made for the amount the receiver must have prepared.
e. Upon receipt of returned packages, Ryu will attempt to make one follow-up phone call in regards to the shipment. If there is no response to our initial call within 3 business days, the goods will be placed back into stock. Customers will be liable for all additional processing/return fees Ryu will have incurred. A separate invoice will be mailed or applied to a future order.
